Shipping Policy – Mavori Market
1. Order Processing Time
At Mavori Market, all orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after you receive your order confirmation email.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a notification email with tracking details.
Please note: During periods of high order volume or unexpected delays, processing times may be extended. If this occurs, we will notify you via email.
2. Domestic Shipping Rates & Estimates (Canada & USA)
Shipping rates are calculated and displayed at checkout.

3. International Shipping
Mavori Market ships to most countries worldwide. Shipping is divided into zones for accuracy:
Zone 1
(Canada, United States, United Kingdom, Australia, European Union)

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing and local postal services.
4. Restricted Countries
Due to legal restrictions and carrier limitations, we do not ship to the following countries:
Afghanistan, Belarus, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Russia, Syria, Yemen, Somalia
5. Import Duties, Taxes & Customs
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or VAT upon arrival in your country.
These charges are not included in your order total and are the responsibility of the customer.
If these charges are refused, your package may be returned or abandoned. Any resulting costs may be deducted from your refund.
6. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

7. P.O. Boxes
We can ship to P.O. Boxes using standard postal services; however:
- Expedited shipping may not be available
- Delivery times may be longer than usual
8. Lost or Delayed Packages

We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
