Return & Refund Policy – Mavori Market

At Mavori Market, customer satisfaction is very important to us. If you are not satisfied with the items you have received, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order, provided the following conditions are met.


Return Conditions

Returns will be accepted if the following conditions are satisfied:

The order must include all original parts, components, and packaging.

The product must show normal handling only and must not be damaged due to careless use.

Products that require hygiene maintenance must be cleaned before being returned.

Any defects or damages must be reported immediately upon receiving the product.

Customers are responsible for the shipping costs of returning the item.

Returns will be reviewed within 7 business days after the product has been received.

If the return meets all conditions, the refund will be processed accordingly.

Please note:

Mavori Market reserves the right to refuse returns for items that appear to be used, damaged, or altered through no fault of our own.


How to Initiate a Return

If your order meets the return conditions, please follow these steps:

  1. Send an email to our customer support team.

  2. Include the following information in your email:

Order number

Reason for the return request

Photo of the product (if the item is damaged or defective)

Customer’s full name

Customer’s address

Once we receive your request, we will provide the correct return address.

Please note:
Do not send your return to the original sender address. The correct return address will be provided after your request is reviewed.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.


Cancellation Policy

Consumers have the right to cancel their order under the following conditions.

Cancellation Period

The cancellation period is 14 days from the date you or a third party (other than the carrier) receives the goods.

However, because orders are processed immediately after being placed, we cannot stop the shipping process once the order has been dispatched.

If your order has already been shipped, cancellation will no longer be possible until the goods are received.


How to Cancel an Order

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform Mavori Market of your decision through a clear written request, such as an email.

Your cancellation will be finalized once the returned goods have been received and inspected.

The cost of returning the goods will be the responsibility of the customer.


Shipments in Transit

Some of our products may be shipped from international fulfillment centers. As a result, longer shipping times may occur, which are beyond our control.

If your order is already in transit, cancellation is not possible. In this case, please wait until the order arrives and then submit a return request.

You may still inform us in advance of your intention to return the item.


Refund Process

If your withdrawal request is approved, we will issue a refund within 14 days after receiving the returned goods.

Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase, unless otherwise agreed.

Delivery costs are not refundable.
